4Acceptable Use & API Quotas

You agree to use TubeRipple only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent TubeRipple's API rate limits or security mechanisms.
• Use automated bots, spiders, or scripts to flood our servers or deplete YouTube Data API quotas.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell raw YouTube API responses to unauthorized third parties.
• Misrepresent channel ownership or engage in deceptive practices.

5User Accounts & Security

To access personalized features, you must authenticate through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace.

6Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TubeRipple and all analytics, scores, and baseline computations are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific channel growth, view counts, audience reach, or financial returns.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TubeRipple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on YouTube data.

7Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue TubeRipple or update these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
